Fortis™ Coal ANE
Fortis™ Coal Ammonium Nitrate Emulsion Phase (ANE) is the emulsion component used to deliver Fortis™ Coal in open cut coal mining. It is an explosive emulsion product manufactured from oxidiser solution, fuel and solid sensitisers.
Fortis™ Coal ANE is oxygen negative and appears as a cream/golden coloured viscous fluid, similar to a light grease or heavy oil.
Fortis™ Coal ANE is manufactured by Orica to the highest quality standards and is delivered via tanker trucks or Iso tanks into appropriate holding tanks.
Fortis™ Coal ANE can be only used to manufacture authorised Fortis™ Coal explosive products. Before mixing at any specific site, licenses are required from the appropriate Regulatory Authority
